Jenna Pini, the co-founder and President did not get into this field the typical way. Before starting Oasis Rental Services, Jenna was Vice President of Operations at a medium-sized national security company, managing a staff of 100. She was a Swiss army knife, not afraid to tackle every aspect of the business including helping generate sales, dispatching a service call, overseeing the project management team, forecasting revenue, helping with operational logistics, site designs, and personally managing the key accounts. After a dozen years with the company, she helped lead a successful transition following the acquisition by an investment group. Jenna then decided to pursue her dream - becoming a small business owner herself. Jenna and her husband Steve have together stayed at over 50 Airbnbs and have seen it all - the good, the bad, and the ugly. Jenna created a business that combines all the passions she loves - real estate, project management, financial discipline, and hospitality management (her college major). 

Steve Pini is the co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of Oasis Rental Services. Before starting Oasis, Steve spent nearly 15 years in the financial service industry working in various product management and leadership roles at a Fortune 100 company. Steve is a graduate of Bentley University with a degree in Finance and Accounting and received his MBA from Boston College. Travel and real estate have always been passions of Steve and Jenna. By co-founding Oasis Rental Services, they are excited to help other property owners unlock the investment income potential of their homes and create unique, memorable and stress-free experiences for their guests.
